Paid Media Manager - London - £35,000-£40,000 - Hybrid

We’re seeking a Paid Social Manager for a digital marketing agency’s London office. Our client operates UK wide and has multiple offices with collaborative teams that deliver exceptional work across the marketing mix. This role will sit in a small team of marketeers that specialise in Paid Social & PPC. Join a forward-thinking organisation that excel in their niche industries.

Main Duties:

  • Plan and execute paid search, social, and programmatic display campaigns to deliver strong client results.
  • Develop campaigns aligned with best practices and client goals.
  • Collaborate with Meta, TikTok, Google, and DSPs to ensure top-tier execution.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance, implementing improvements as needed.
  • Provide clients with insightful reports and strategic feedback.
  • Innovate with new digital buying techniques and measurement-focused strategies.
  • Continuously optimize media plans to meet client objectives and budgets.
  • Manage an Account Executive and work with the Digital director on departmental decisions

The Candidate:

  • Extensive hands-on experience in paid search.
  • Proven track record in planning and executing paid social and/or programmatic display campaigns.
  • Skilled in budget management and performance forecasting across channels.
  • Expertise in all aspects of paid media campaigns, including keyword research, audience creation, copywriting, bidding, and landing page optimization.
  • Proficient in using analytics tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Analytics with a strong grasp of tracking and conversion optimization.
  • Experienced in client-facing roles and managing key stakeholder relationships.

This role will suit a candidate in or outside of London, happy commuting to their office location in central, on a hybrid structure. You will be strong in paid social and ideally have some experience in Google Ads/PPC.
