ACCOUNT DIRECTOR PUBLIC RELATIONS ROLE IN CREATIVE BRAND DESIGN - 50-60K DOE

This Account Director role offers a rare and unique opportunity to enter the brand design world, telling behind the scenes stories on some of the most beloved brands on the planet, and how they came to be. It's a B2B PR role but the clients are creative brand design space so it's a great and rare opportunity for a B2B generalist to move into a more creative space.

You'll play a critical role in the growth of a brand-new London office, reporting to an MD and looking after a tight-knight team, so this is a brilliant opportunity for someone who feels ready to step up into more of a leadership role in a smaller organisation. You'll also have the backing of a broader team of circa 20 people based in East Sussex.

They've worked really hard to create a positive working culture at this agency, which means no working to ridiculous hours, everyone is treated with respect and kindness, as well the fact that they offer as a host of brilliant benefits - in fact they recently won an award for their culture.

In a nutshell, this is a role for someone who can prove that they:

  • Can project manage at pace and lead campaigns confidently
  • Are commercially astute with demonstrated experience running profitable accounts
  • Can talk to and manage senior stakeholders/clients
  • Are a strategic thinker who loves storytelling/ brand positioning
  • Can line manage and develop a team
  • Have a passion for, or at least an interest in creative brand design

PLEASE NOTE: this is a public relations role which requires a relevant experience ideally from an agency, so sadly we're not open people from alternative backgrounds unless they have had some experience with PR. This role will require being in the office 3 days  week, due to the nature of the role.
