Role Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Account Manager with experience in both paid and organic social media. You’ll play a key role in managing client relationships, ensuring that social media strategies are aligned with their goals, and that campaigns are executed flawlessly. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, hands-on social media management, and exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong, trusted relationships.
  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement both paid and organic social media strategies that align with client goals.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of social media campaigns across various platforms.
  • Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with creative, media, and analytics teams to ensure seamless delivery of social campaigns.
  • Problem Solving: Address client queries, troubleshoot issues, and proactively identify solutions to improve performance.

  • Experience: Proven experience in both paid and organic social media management, preferably within an agency environment.
  • Client Management: Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and build long-lasting client relationships.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective social media strategies that deliver results.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to present ideas and results clearly.
