Social Media & Community Manager

Full-Time - 6 Month FTC (with likely extension)

£36,000-£39,000 per annum

5-day working week (1-2 days in London-based office. Flexible, but no remote option)

We're looking for an experienced Social Media & Community Manager to join our dynamic team in London on an initial 6-month full-time contract, with potential for extension or transition to a permanent role. The role will be focused on managing and driving social media strategies and community engagement, with a collaborative approach to supporting our brand's voice across social platforms. You'll have the chance to work with some of the world's most prominent brands, building relationships and crafting innovative, social-first content to strengthen brand loyalty and drive engagement.

Responsibilities:

- Work closely with the creative and strategic teams to develop and implement tailored social media strategies that resonate with our audiences.- Create engaging, versatile copy for a variety of social channels, ensuring content aligns with brand tone and values.

- Engage with brand communities by initiating and fostering discussions, responding to queries, and building strong, positive relationships.- Act as the brand's voice, cultivating a loyal and engaged audience across social platforms.

- Collaborate with our creative studio to produce high-quality, engaging content tailored to different social formats.- Manage editorial calendars, ensuring timely and consistent publishing across all channels.

- Oversee the execution of social media campaigns, aligning with broader business objectives and tracking their impact.- Use analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, identifying areas for optimisation and improvement.

- Work directly with clients to build and sustain productive relationships, offering insights and strategy to drive their success.- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including the insights team, to develop reports and present data-backed recommendations.

Requirements:

- 2+ years in a similar social media or community management role, with hands-on experience managing large-scale brand accounts.- Prior experience in an agency setting is a strong advantage, particularly within social-first environments.

- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for creating impactful and engaging content.- In-depth understanding of social platforms and emerging trends, with experience using analytics tools.- Strong organisational and time-management abilities; able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.- Proficiency with social media scheduling tools like Sprinklr, Opal, Hootsuite, or Khoros, as well as Microsoft Office.
