- Creating compelling and visually stunning content for digital platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, website, and other online channels
- Developing and maintaining a content calendar aligned with marketing strategies, product launches, and seasonal campaigns
- Staying informed about social media trends and implementing strategies to increase followers, likes, and shares
- Capturing high-quality images and videos showcasing hairdressing techniques, styling trends, behind-the-scenes glimpses, and much more
- Editing and enhancing visual content to ensure a consistently polished aesthetic
- Ensuring consistent branding across all content, maintaining a cohesive and recognisable visual identity
- Monitoring and responding to customer comments, messages, and reviews on social media platforms, fostering positive interactions
- Creating content that encourages customer engagement, feedback, and user-generated content
- Minimum 12 months of experience creating B2C social media content for a platform with over 10k followers
- Strong sense of personal style and taste
