The Social Media Lead will be essential to the creation and implementation of the organizations social media strategy, fostering creativity, interaction, and revenue generation across all of our digital channels.

Nationally well renowned children's charity. a strategic senior social media manager to lead a new team.

Description

  • You will create the social media strategy for the organization and you will deliver new and innovative ways of working to increase followers and engagement.
  • You will manage all the social media platforms including: Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Google and Instagram.
  • You will deliver creative content which relates to the brands tone of voice. This will include: videos, infographics, blog posts, and articles. This content will be used to integrate into wider marketing and fundraising initiatives.
  • You will plan, design and implement social media schedules using tools including Hootsuite.
  • You will laisse with different teams in the organization including supporter services to monitor conversions online.
  • Offer professional advice on social media-related PR strategy components, point out content gaps, and support reputation management by keeping an eye on and independently responding to online discussions and comments indicating any possible problems when it is appropriate.
  • You will create relationships on social media including: community champions, contributors, influencers, advocates, supporters and bloggers to help deliver key messaging of the organization.
  • You will run regular analysis of performance and audiences on each social media channels and you will provide your expertise on optimizing performance, as well as identifying the organizations target market.
  • You will manage assistants during campaigns period.

Profile

  • You have experience in the key principles of social media marketing.
  • You have experience in graphics, video editing and animation skills (adobe creative suite).
  • Copywriting experience and you are able to alter for websites, twitter, Facebook to suit the target audience.
  • Knowledge in social media analytics and tools.
  • You have managed social media channels including delivering and implementing strategy, analytics tools and training plan.
  • Experience in social media management which includes strategic planning.
  • You can show that you have grown followers and attraction.
  • Line management experience.
