Job Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Social Media & Marketing Manager with at least 5+ years of experience to lead the development and execution of the company’s marketing and digital strategy. This individual must combine creative flair with exceptional organisational skills, ensuring their brand presence is elevated across multiple channels while seamlessly managing a wide array of tasks and campaigns.

 You will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of social media, website management, newsletters, trend reports, PR events/talks, and photoshoots, while implementing processes that guarantee efficiency and high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute compelling, visually-striking social media campaigns that align with the brand's luxury identity.

Website & Digital Assets: Oversee website updates, ensuring content is fresh, engaging, and showcases our design ethos.

Content Creation: Plan and manage the production of newsletters, trend reports, and blog content to engage our audience and reflect industry leadership.

Event & Photoshoot Management: Coordinate PR events, talks, and photoshoots from planning through to execution, ensuring they run smoothly and achieve desired outcomes.

Internal & External Coordination: Act as the communication hub between teams, clients, and external partners to streamline workflows and deliver exceptional project outcomes.

Process Management: Implement and manage workflows, timelines, and checklists that ensure flawless execution of all marketing and social media activities.

Reporting & Insights: Monitor and analyse the performance of campaigns, using data to adjust strategies and optimise future marketing initiatives.

Who We're Looking For:

Experience: 5+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or related fields, ideally within luxury, fashion, design, or lifestyle sectors.

Organisation: Highly organised, with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once, maintain attention to detail, and ensure deadlines are consistently met.

Creativity: A creative thinker with a strong eye for design and the ability to create captivating, high-quality content that resonates with a luxury audience.
