The Agency

My client is a leading media agency partnering with clients within the live entertainment industry.

The Role

Your main responsibilities as Social Media Manager are to manage end-to-end social strategy and activation for a range of clients. Your role includes:

• Manage social channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X)
• Develop and execute social media strategies
• Handle client and stakeholder relationships
• Oversee social media asset creation
• Organize content capture (photo/video)
• Write brand-aligned social media copy
• Engage in community management
• Mentor junior team members
• Monitor performance dashboards (Brandwatch)
• Report on team impact in client meetings
• Track trends and identify opportunities
• Available for evening/weekend work as needed

About You

• 3+ years' social media experience.
• A passion or previous experience with theatre or entertainment.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships effectively.
• Skilled in capturing and editing social media content (static images and videos/Reels)
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Active user of various social media platforms and online communities.
• Experience with office tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
