Are you a creative and results-driven social media enthusiast? Our client is looking for a Social Media Manager to join their dynamic team, a full-service digital marketing agency that thrives on delivering exceptional strategies and creative campaigns. As a Social Media Manager, you'll work with an innovative team to drive impactful social media campaigns and help our clients achieve their business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Social Media Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies for clients across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Content Creation & Curation: Oversee the creation of engaging, high-quality content that aligns with clients' brand identity, including text, images, and videos.
  • Community Management: Engage with audiences, respond to comments, and build relationships to foster a loyal, active community.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, both organic and paid, ensuring they meet client objectives and performance metrics.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media performance, providing regular reports and insights to clients and the internal team. Adjust strategies based on data and trends.
  • Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with creative teams, designers, and strategists to ensure all content and campaigns align with broader marketing goals.
  • Stay Current: Keep up with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies are cutting-edge and effective.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in an agency environment.
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Experience with social media analytics and scheduling tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling content.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
