Our clients' innovative platform combines cutting-edge technology with an exciting range of luxury prizes to deliver a unique and engaging customer experience. They have transformed the traditional raffle into a mass market digital experience and are looking for a talented Social Media Manager to join their team to play a key role in enhancing their brand presence across digital channels.About the Social Media Manager Role:

The perfect candidate will be able to lead social media strategy, content creation, and community engagement efforts. You will take full control of our clients' latest raffle brand that they have launched - which gives away luxury watches for a fraction of the price - whilst working on the core brand too.You will be responsible for driving brand awareness, increasing audience engagement, and delivering measurable growth across all our social media platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of social media trends, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building communities online.Key Responsibilities of the Social Media Manager:

Social Media Strategy:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the clients' marketing and brand goals.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand our presence on emerging platforms.

Content Creation:

  • Create high-quality, engaging, and on-brand content, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
  • Work with a presenter to maximise on fun, engaging and creative content.

Platform Management:

  • Manage daily operations of the social media accounts; primarily Instagram and TikTok, but also including platforms such as Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn
  • Schedule, publish, and monitor posts using social media management tools.

Community Engagement:

  • Actively engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community.
  • Monitor and manage our clients' online reputation.

Analytic & Reporting:

  • Track, analyse, and report on social media performance metrics.
  • Use insights to optimise strategies and improve ROI.

Campaign Management:

  • Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote raffles, events, and brand initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the performance marketing team to support paid social campaigns.

About You

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Preferred - Experience working within a start-up or scale-up environment.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • A flair for storytelling and the ability to set the tone in a post; whether the desired feel be fun, classy, inspirational or otherwise.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) and video editing software.
  • Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics).
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and innovate.
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making and campaign optimisation.
