About the Role
As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing social media and content strategies for key clients. Reporting to the Head of Content Marketing & Social Media and working closely with the Senior Social Media Manager, you will ensure content is engaging, strategic, and aligned with brand objectives.
Experience in launching new brands in fast-paced, high-growth environments is highly valued. A background in paid growth strategies is a plus as we expand this area of expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Content Planning
- Develop and execute creative social media strategies across multiple platforms.
- Oversee content calendars, campaign planning, and activity schedules to drive engagement and visibility.
- Ensure consistent posting and timely campaign execution across social platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Collaborate with the Senior Social Media Manager to maintain high-quality content standards and strategic alignment.
Content Creation & Community Engagement
- Work with clients and internal teams to develop compelling social media content in line with brand tone and audience expectations.
- Transform long-form content, such as livestreams, into engaging, bite-sized social assets (videos, infographics, stories).
- Support on-site content creation at events, including capturing video footage, interviews, and live updates.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, native platform insights) to measure campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Contribute to monthly and quarterly reporting on key social metrics, engagement trends, and audience growth.
- Work with the Social Media Executive to compile detailed reports, including social listening insights and paid campaign performance.
Client & Campaign Management
- Manage client communications, ensuring timely feedback, updates, and strong relationship-building.
- Identify opportunities for influencer partnerships, community outreach, and collaborative content initiatives.
- Monitor social sentiment and respond proactively to shifts in brand perception, in coordination with the Community Lead.

- Experience in influencer partnerships and community management strategies, particularly in the tech space.
- Strong knowledge of key social media platforms and engagement strategies tailored for each.
- Ability to develop and execute social media strategies that drive audience growth and interaction.
- Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills, with an adaptable approach for different audiences.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience collaborating with creative teams.
- Highly organized with excellent time management, able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
