Zest Optical are working with a leading online Optical supplier to hire a full time Dispensing Optician into their growing head office team.
You will work as part of the E-commerce team with a focus on customer service and dealing with all incoming enquiries and orders.
Dispensing Optician - Role
- Leading online Opticians with an excellent reputation
- Office based role working in their Central London head office
- Handle customer queries via phone, email, and live chat
- Provide expert advice and guidance on prescriptions, lenses, and eyewear options
- Ensure accurate and meticulous dispensing of optical products
- Go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly
- Working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
- Development opportunities into team management
Dispensing Optician - Requirements
- Qualified Dispensing Optician registered with the GOC
- Passion for high quality eyewear and service to match
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- A keen eye for detail and an organized approach to handling multiple tasks
Dispensing Optician - Salary
Base salary paying 35,000
