We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our recruitment team at CITILINE, a growing telecoms and M&E recruitment consultancy in Bank, central London. As a Delivery Consultant, you'll play a key role in managing the candidate experience, from sourcing to placement, while supporting consultants in delivering results for our clients in industries like data centres, aviation, cellular, and highways.

Role
As a Delivery Consultant, you'll focus on sourcing and managing candidates across a variety of roles, ensuring smooth recruitment processes and excellent communication throughout.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, screen, and interview candidates for suitable opportunities
- Maintain an active and organised candidate pipeline
- Manage candidate relationships, from initial contact to post-placement
- Collaborate with consultants to deliver high-quality service for client vacancies
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, and contract negotiations
- Provide insights on market trends, salary expectations, and compliance needs
- Keep accurate candidate records in line with internal systems
- Deliver pre-interview advice and prepare candidates for client interactions
Requirements
- Experience in customer service, recruitment, or sales is a plus
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Organised, proactive, and adaptable
- Interest in learning about telecoms and M&E sectors
