As we expand, we are looking for a motivated and organised Operations Assistant to support our day-to-day operations across our 4 sites.

Job Overview:
As an Operations Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations at all locations. You will be working closely with the management team to assist with administrative tasks, site coordination, and general operational support. This role requires someone with a strong administrative background and previous experience in either hospitality or serviced offices this is essential for success in the position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in coordinating day-to-day operations across 4 different sites.
  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks including document management, scheduling, and reporting.
  • Ensure that all operational processes run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Liaise with site managers and staff to address any issues and ensure high standards are maintained.
  • Support the implementation of operational strategies and improvements.
  • Monitor stock and supplies, ensuring all sites are well-equipped.
  • Handle inquiries from clients and guests in a professional manner.
  • Provide support to the operations manager and other senior staff.

Requirements:

  • Must have previous experience in the hospitality industry or serviced offices.
  • Strong administrative skills this is non-negotiable.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • A proactive and problem-solving attitude.
