My client are a well established construction company that work on highrise residential schemes.Due to an increase in workload they are looking for a Senior Construction Manager to join them, first project being a new build apartment scheme in East London! (PERM)

Their ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Experience managing packagemanagers
- Motivated and driven individual.
- Proven history of working on projects through to completion.
- Experience working on residential projects (student accom./BTR)
Duties will include:
- Taking lead of the construction activity on site
- Ensuring the project is ran in line with the programme.
- Working closely with the commercial team to ensure the project is within the budget set.
- Managing relationship with the client.
- Ensuring a high level of health & safety is adhered to at all times.
- Quality control.
- Direct line management for trade package managers.
