Actively seeking a well rounded, driven Senior Site Manager to join a leading new build construction company that is known for its high end finishes in the residential, hotel and commercial construction sector. This main contractor is looking for a Site Manager to join the team as a number 2 to the Project Manager on a hotel project in London.
About the Senior Construction Manager role
- As the number 2 to the Project Manager you will be expected to drive the project forward to ensure the project runs to programme.
- Manage the subcontractors successfully
- The ideal candidate will be a well rounded individual. A background in high end internal fit out and cut & carve projects is desired.
- The right person for the role will be self-sufficient and take initiative with what is required on site at any given time, to ensure the project is successful, compliant and running to programme.
Requirements for the Senior Construction Manager role
- Previous experience as being a number 2 to a Project Manager is essential.
- Hotel experience / high end fit out experience or cut & carve commercial sector experience is preferable.
- SMSTS
- CSCS
- Proven experience of delivering a project from start to finish.
