Our client, City of Westminster Council, is looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to join their team.
Responsible for delivery of Digital and Innovation elements of the Report It digital programme - working with three multi-disciplinary product mission teams which include individuals with specialisms in data, architecture, IoT, resident experience, research & design and technology.
The Senior Delivery Manager will have joint responsibility for delivery of the programme alongside a second SDM already in place, working on resourcing, team management, team culture and cadence and ensuring we have a research/service design / data analysis pipeline.
Full-time, Hybrid - requirement to be in the office as required (minimum once a week, likely to regularly require at least 1 additional day)
Reports to Head of Delivery and Product in structure, matrix managed by the Chief Customer Experience Officer however Head of Deliver and Product role is currently being recruited to and so in interim will report to Interim Chief Delivery and Engagement Officer

- Local government or relevant public sector experience
- Experience of working on complex, fast-paced resident-facing programmes
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Experience of working with large transformation services preferable
