Salary: 85,000 + 10-15% Bonus

What You'll Do:

• Champion Customer Value: Engage directly with customers to understand their challenges, identify opportunities, and deliver impactful solutions.
• Continuous Discovery: Lead ongoing research and experimentation to refine and validate product ideas, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends.
• Experiment & Iterate Rapidly: Drive a test-and-learn approach, running experiments to optimise features and functionality.
• AI & Emerging Technologies: Explore and integrate AI and LLM technologies into products, staying at the forefront of industry advancements.
• Problem Solving: Collaborate with engineering teams to tackle complex challenges and build scalable solutions.
• B2B Product Development: Leverage your experience in B2B concepts to develop products that drive business success and customer satisfaction.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, customer success, and sales teams to ensure seamless product delivery and adoption.
• Technical Understanding: A background in engineering is welcome but not required; however, you should be comfortable engaging with technical teams and discussing AI-driven solutions.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong experience in product management, ideally within a B2B environment.
• Proven ability to conduct customer discovery and translate insights into product strategies.
• Passion for AI, LLMs, and emerging technologies, with experience embedding them into products.
• Enthusiastic and eager to learn, experiment, and iterate quickly.
• Track record of running rapid experiments and making data-driven decisions.
• Ability to work cross-functionally, particularly with engineering, sales, and customer success teams.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, innovative setting.
