Role: Senior SHEQ Manager

Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 + car allowance/ company car + attractive benefits package
WRG are supporting one of the UKs leading housing maintenance and property services contractors who are looking to appoint a Senior SHEQ Manager to lead and develop its safety department.
Our client operates predominantly across London/ South East where they have developed excellent relationships with local authorities and councils which has lead to them winning long term housing frameworks. They typically oversee a range of planned and reactive maintenance (window/ door replacements and kitchen/ bathroom refurbishments), voids, decarbonisation, M&E, FRA, cladding and cyclical repair projects.
They are looking for an enthusiastic and forward thinking Senior SHEQ Manager to join the team and lead a team of 5 direct reports in ensuring health, safety, environmental and quality standards are met across the business.
The ideal candidate would have several years experience working within the social housing sector in a similar H&S capacity and be keen to introduce new ideas and innovations to improve the H&S culture across the business.
Requirements:
NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent.
Membership to IOSH, IIRSM, APS or similar body.
Previous experience working within the social housing sector.
Previous experience of managing a team.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Full UK driving license
