VisionFRis delighted to be acting on behalf of a creative innovation agency in their search for aStudio Operations Manager.This is an exciting time to be joining this dynamic agency.

As theStudio Operations Manageryou'll drive forward all aspects of talent and operations across the studio, hybrid working practices, internal projects, events, talent management and resourcing, as well as support on effective ways of working.

Studio Operations Manager Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing all office needs to create a smooth running and inviting place to work
  • Responsible for talent resource planning (using the Float resource management tool) across all disciplines; ensuring teams are clear on R&R, briefs and deadlines
  • Responsible for all recruitment liaison (perm and freelance), interviews, contracts and onboarding
  • Responsible for project managing internal projects to completion, on time and on budget
  • Manage the hybrid policy across the team based on physical and virtual requirements
  • Manage development & execution of internal Practice Weeks, with input on content from the team
  • Manage team travel and client entertainment bookings
  • Implement the talent development plan and organise progress reviews
  • Support on new initiatives and general operational requirements as and when required

Studio Operations Manager Key Attributes Required:

  • Possesses 5+ years of experience in operations and talent resourcing, or a related role, preferably within the brand consultancy, design studio or creative agency industries
  • Experience delivering operational processes to improve streamlining and efficiency
  • Strong self-starter, proactive, hands-on and confident working in a small entrepreneurial environment
  • Strong project management skills, with event production a plus, to deliver projects end to end and on budget.
  • Excels at communication and building trust with the team contributing to a positive company culture
  • Considered approachable and hardworking with a positive attitude
  • Good understanding of brand strategy, design and creative services
  • Open to new ways of working and thinking, confident to suggest improvements or solutions that could benefit the company
