The Operations Support Manager will provide operations support across GESR supporting the recruitment and talent development of the Government Economics and Social Research Professions.

Responsibilities:

1. To provide project support to the GESR recruitment digital transformation project.
2. To assist the Talent and Capability function with the coordination of L&D programmes in GES and GSR.
3. To lead allocated campaigns and actively manage all steps of the recruitment process, including the communication to candidates, the interaction with stakeholders across the Civil Service and the actions on the digital applicant tracking system i.e. Vx/Oleeo.
4. To support the Recruitment Campaign Managers, problem solving or highlighting issues as required.
5. To role model inclusive leadership and ensure the team understands their role in building a diverse and inclusive organisation.
