Our client, a leading organisation in the beauty industry, is seeking a Business Planning Admin Assiatant to join their team on a temporary basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside the relevant Business Planner, providing support in various reporting tasks and contributing to ongoing projects. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong data analysis skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

Run several month-end reporting tasks in collaboration with the Business Planner.
Create new reporting structures to support ongoing projects.
Assist with the preparation of ad-hoc reports across different campaigns.
Conduct weekly like-for-like (LFL) analysis to ensure consistency in final reporting to the Supply Chain.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel (intermediate/advanced level).
Strong attention to detail skills to ensure accurate data analysis.
A background in data analysis or data science would be advantageous.
Experience in supply chain or operations would also be beneficial.
A motivated self-starter with the ability to work with complex data.

This is a full-time position, requiring 35 hours per week. You will have the opportunity to work within a dynamic team and make a valuable contribution to various projects. The hourly rate for this position starts from 15.75, ensuring competitive compensation for the successful candidate.
