HR Service Administrator

Fully Remote | 8 Month Temp Contract | ASAP Start£25,000 - £30,000 (DOE)

About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented HR Service Administrator to support our clients HR Operations team.

This role will see you working as part of the HR team, reporting to the Senior HR Operations and Shared Services Manager. Your main responsibility will be working on audit reports, processing data, and working on large datasheets in Excel, as well as using Workday and creating PowerPoint presentations.

You'll be:

  • Working with large data sets in Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables).
  • Processing HR compliance tasks and managing confidential information.
  • Creating PowerPoint presentations and working with Workday & MS Office 365.
  • Running audit reports and ensuring data accuracy.

What you need to succeed:

  • Advanced Excel & Power BI skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, data management).
  • Strong attention to detail - accuracy is key!
  • Self-motivated & independent - able to hit the ground running.
  • HR systems experience (Workday or similar) - desirable but not essential
