We're hiring a Part-Time Administrator to support a well-established organisation in Central London. You'll be working 21 hours a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) in the office.
Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist visitors

Arrange UK and international travel

Draft emails and letters

Handle post and diary management

Organise meeting refreshments

Process expenses and invoices

Support board/committee meetings

Assist with general admin tasks as needed
What We're Looking For:

Great communication and organisational skills

High attention to detail and confidentiality

A team player who can multitask

Confident using Microsoft Office (training provided for other systems)
- Sufficient experience in an administrative role (previous experience in a PA/EA or Secretarial role would be an advantage)
