Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Anti-Money Laundering Specialist to join our compliance team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in identifying and mitigating risks related to money laundering and financial crime.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough investigations and analysis of suspicious activities.
- Monitor and review transactions to ensure compliance with AML regulations.
- Prepare and submit reports to regulatory authorities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement AML policies and procedures.
- Stay updated on the latest AML laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an AML or compliance role.
- Strong analytical and investigative skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Good understanding of AML regulations and best practices.
- Proficiency in using AML software and tools.
