I am currently representing Camden Council, who are offering an initial temporary contract for a period of 6+ months with a view to be extended or offered a permanent position for the right candidate at a ratewhich is negotiable dependent upon experience

We are looking for an Assignment & Sales Officer this role will be: N1C 4AG Hybrid 1/2-day office BASED.

The right candidate will:

Process Right to Buy Applications.
To respond to complex correspondence explaining legislation and financial information within strict timescales. Prepare RTB legal notices that are financially binding on the council.
Prepare and issue post RTB sale legal notices that have financial or legal implications on the council

We require the following:

Experience working within a local authority DESIRABLE.
Previous RTB Experience.
