Are you organized, approachable, and passionate about supporting young people in achieving their full potential? If so, we're looking for a dedicated Attendance Officer to join our vibrant school community in W10.

Key Responsibilities:?? Monitor and manage student attendance records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with school policies.?? Liaise with parents, carers, and external agencies to address attendance concerns and provide support.?? Work closely with staff to identify and resolve barriers to attendance.?? Prepare attendance reports for leadership and assist with audits.�? Promote a culture of high attendance through proactive initiatives and communication.

What We're Looking For:? Strong organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail.? Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.? Confidence in using IT systems, including Microsoft Office and attendance software (training provided if needed).? A proactive approach to problem-solving and supporting students.? Experience in a similar role or within a school setting is desirable but not essential.
