Are you a dedicated and compassionate individual looking to support young people in overcoming challenges and achieving their potential? A dynamic school in Tottenham is seeking a proactive Behaviour Mentor to join their team and make a real impact on students' lives.

The Role

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will:

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with challenging behaviour.
  • Help students develop positive coping strategies and build their self-confidence.
  • Assist teachers in creating a safe and inclusive learning environment.
  • Work closely with SEN teams, parents, and external agencies to implement tailored behaviour management plans.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have experience working with young people, particularly those with behavioural, emotional, or social difficulties.
  • Be patient, approachable, and skilled at building trusting relationships.
  • Possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Be resilient and capable of handling challenging situations with a calm and professional approach.

Experience in education, youth work, or working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is advantageous.
