We are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join our team in SEN schools across South London. This role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting students with special educational needs and behavioural challenges, helping them achieve their full potential in a supportive learning environment.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Work closely with students who have behavioural challenges, providing one-on-one support and guidance.
  • Implement behavioural management strategies that are effective in promoting a positive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other educational staff to tailor support to individual student needs.
  • Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
  • Participate in training and development sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge in behaviour management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in a similar role within SEN settings is highly advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of the strategies needed to manage challenging behaviours effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with students, staff, and parents.
  • A proactive and patient approach to student development.
  • Relevant qualifications in education, psychology, or related fields are preferred.
