What is the role?
- In this role as a Behaviour Mentor, you will be supporting children aged 11-16 who have a primary diagnosis of social, emotional, mental health (SEMH).
- This is an opportunity to inspire children in an SEMH specialist setting, supporting them both inside and outside of the classroom by providing encouragement and direction when needed.
Who are they looking for?
- A strong-willed individual who can demonstrate existing experience working with children with more challenging behaviours. This might be in a school setting, or it might be in a care setting. Either way, they want to hear from you!
