Job Title: Bookings Coordinator
Location: London
Remuneration: £12 - £13 per hour
Contract Details: Temporary, Full Time
Start Date: December 2, 2024
End Date: January 31, 2025
Contract Length: 2 months
Responsibilities:
- Checking patient referrals for suitability to be seen within our client's clinical units.
- Booking appointments and ensuring patients receive all necessary information and medications.
- Managing patient correspondence and contact records according to established processes.
- Assisting in the preparation of patient notes and health information for appointments.
- Accurately reporting appointment outcomes to facilitate follow-up clinical activities.
- Supporting audit activities, such as checking patient outcome data and maintaining medical supplies.
- Actively contributing to the continuous improvement of care within our client's organisation.
Skills:
- Previous experience in patient appointment booking
- Basic DBS certificate that's in date and valid.
- Endoscopy experience is preferred, but candidates with medical or healthcare experience will also be considered.
