Buying Admin Assistant for a very prestigious retailer based in Shephers Bush

Key responsibilities include:

  • Order Management: Checking and updating order confirmations, maintaining accurate purchase orders, and raising re-orders.
  • Supplier Coordination: Introducing new suppliers, ensuring they are set up correctly, and acting as a single point of contact for various departments.
  • Data Accuracy: Performing pre-upload checks, managing product merges, and ensuring accurate pricing and payment terms.
  • Administrative Support: Pulling together vendor packs, supporting buying trips, and performing site checks.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Experience in fashion retail buying or merchandising.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to work under tight deadlines and multitask effectively.
  • A good sense of humor and personal style.
