Our client, a dynamic and well-respected membership organisation, is seeking an Examiner & Committee Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis.

?? The Role:

- Salary: £19 per hour

- Contract Type: Temporary

- Working Pattern: Part-Time (3-4 days per week)

- Duration: 1 month + (until permanent recruitment is completed)

? Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process for new examiners, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from start to finish. ??
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings and appointments, guaranteeing that schedules are timely and well-organised. ???
  • Accurately capture meeting minutes, ensuring all essential discussions and decisions are well-documented. ??
  • Maintain and update crucial data and records, consistently verifying accuracy and completeness. ??
  • Provide general administrative support to the examination committee and relevant stakeholders. ??
