PMR is seeking temporary concierges for luxury residential buildings across London, with potential for permanent positions based on experience.
Candidates should have experience in concierge, porter, customer service, or hospitality roles.
Key responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, patrolling, key and parcel handling, and maintaining effective communication with the Building Manager and team members.
Strong administrative skills and outstanding customer service abilities are essential, with experience in hospitality or residential developments being desirable.

PMR work with luxury residential buildings across London and are currently temporary concierges. We also offer permanent positions, depending on experience.If you have experience in concierge/porter/customer service/hospitality I would love to hear from you!

Duties:

Delivering excellent & exceptional customer service to all residents and being the first point of contact for all people entering the property
Patrols
Key handling
Parcel handling
Good problem solving skills/using own initiative
Looking smart and well presented at all times
Positive attitude, helpful and friendly
Maintain regular and effective communication with the Building Manager/team members

The successful person must have strong administrational skills outstanding customer service skills. Experience within hospitality/residential developments is desirable.
