Catch 22 are currentely working with a Financial organisation based in EC2N who are on the lookout for Experienced Arabic speaking concierge staff 

Working hours-  Monday-Friday 7am-4pm 8am-6pm shifts can vary on requirements 

Must be fluent in Arabic and English spoken and written 

Must have Enhanced DBS check dated in last 3 months 

Duties,

  • Greet and welcome clients and guests upon arrival with the utmost professionalism and discretion

  • Provide a seamless and personalized client experience, ensuring all guests are attended to promptly and courteously

  • Offer Arabic language support to clients and internal departments, assisting with translation or interpretation as needed

  • Manage client appointments and coordinate meeting room bookings in collaboration with relevant teams

  • Maintain the lobby/reception area to a high standard, ensuring it is always presentable and in line with brand expectations

  • Prior experience in a concierge, front-of-house, luxury hospitality, or high-end client service role

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
