We are looking for experienced and reliable Cover Supervisor's to join our team full time. If you're passionate about education and have a strong classroom presence, this could be the perfect role for you!
Key Responsibilites:
- Supervise and support students across various classes and year groups in the absence of regular teachers.
- Deliver pre-set lesson plans and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Manage student behaviour effectively and keep them focused on learning tasks.
- Communicate and coordinate with teaching staff to ensure a smooth transition for students.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor or similar educational support role (desired)
- DBS Certificate registered on the Update Service (essential).
- Strong classroom management skills and adaptability across different subjects.
- Professionalism, patience, and excellent communication skills.
- A recent graduate(graduate within the last 2 years)
