Credentialing CoordinatorWe are currently recruiting for an Credentialing Coordinator to start immediately on a temp -on going basis-  £29,645 - £32,553 - Hybrid - Based Near Tower Hill;  WHO WILL YOU BE WORKING FOR?Our client is an established non-profit membership Healthcare organisation. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
  • To provide administrative support to the Educational Standards Manager in activities related to the development of credentials, particularly Eating Disorders and Liaison Psychiatry.
  • To support the curricula & quality workstreams, including further developments on credentials and other curricula work where required.
  1. To provide administrative support to the Credentialing Working Group and activities relating to the development, implementation and evaluation of specialty credentials.
  2. To produce all relevant documentation related to credentials, including the application process and development of educational materials and guidance for the specialty, working closely with key stakeholders in line with the needs of the project.
  3. To provide regular updates on credentials including ensuring robust data capture and validation including outcome measures and evaluation where applicable.
  4. To provide administrative support to various working groups and committees as required including agenda setting, minute taking, tracking action points responding to queries and report writing. This includes liaising with facilities to arrange appropriate catering and audio-visual requirements.
  5. To attend conferences and events as necessary including careers fairs, International Congress and other events as required (this will include travel, overnight stays as well as evening and weekend work where applicable).
  6. To process expense claim forms and payment requests as well as ensuring robust financial administration
  7. To draft appropriate user-focussed content for college digital platforms, regularly reviewing our communication channels to ensure content is relevant, engaging and up to date.
  8. Editing, uploading and publishing relevant documentation on the College website where applicable, using appropriate content management system, at the direction of the Training Manager and Head of Operations.
ABOUT YOU
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage own workload.
  • Knowledge of content management systems for editing and uploading web page content.
  • Previous experience of committee management and understanding of governance processes.
  • Knowledge of the NHS and an understanding of mental health issues id helpful.
