Connect2SocialWork are looking for an experienced, professional, and caring Deputy Manager for a 24-bed home in Waltham Forest.
Requirements:
- Must have managerial experience working in residential care home for older people living with Dementia.
- Smart, reliable with good communication skills.
- Confident to run the service, shift lead and work alongside the manager.
- Applicants should have minimum relevant care qualification, such as NVQ Level 4, QCF, or equivalent
- Ability to demonstrate an excellent leadership skill.
- Must have full knowledge of Care Quality Commission.
Hours of work/pay:
- 36 hours per week
- £18.40 per hour
