- Cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Product Design, Retail, Producers, agencies, and external partnerships to understand requirements and develop/deliver/maintain design guidelines and creative solutions for the brand.
- Work closely and effectively with Creative Directors, Design Leads and Designers across different locations and time zones.
- Work with Program Managers to ensure timely and organized delivery of design solutions.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams focused on customer journeys and experiences.
- 5+ years of experience in brand design (agency and/or in-house).
- Multidisciplinary background in brand identities/ design systems, coupled with experience of leveraging digital channels, retail/packaging, and emerging technologies.
- Proficiency in graphic design, art direction, typography, photography, retouching, layouts & grids, and colour strategy.
- Experience collaborating with external partners from conception to execution.
- Proficiency in presenting and pitching creative concepts and ideas to senior leaders and internal/external partners.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools including Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc).
- Systems thinking experience navigating complex matrices, managing stakeholders, and balancing enterprise-level considerations with attention to detail.

- Familiarity with VR hardware and software.
- Experience marketing physical (hardware) products.
- 8+ years of experience in brand design, either in an ad agency or in-house studio environment
- Future-first mindset, and experience creating new platforms. This may include, but is not limited to: augmented, virtual or mixed reality, gaming, Web3, AI, NFTs, avatars, etc.
- Fluent in Figma, inc. prototyping skills.
