Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning using a variety of machines.
- Ensure communal areas such as lobbies, stairwells, and gardens are clean and well-maintained.
- Report any significant maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team.
- Maintain a log of all tasks completed and any issues that arise.
- Drive the company van to various locations in south London and ensure it is kept in good condition.
- Liaise with residents, property managers, and other stakeholders to address any concerns or requirements.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as mobile cleaner or similar role is essential
- A valid UK driving license is required.
- Ability to work independently & manage time effectively.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanour.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards.
