Job Title: Duty Manager
Location: London
Pay Rate: £14.50 per hour
Shift pattern: Flexible shift patterns. The shifts will be between 7:30 am till 10:30 pm (Weekends are included)
Join us as a Duty Manager and lead our Front of House team to deliver exceptional service for our members and guests! �?
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations across reception, reservations, nights, and concierge departments.
- Customer Delight: Ensure every member and guest receives a warm welcome and a flawless stay. ??
- Team Leadership: Train and mentor staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and high standards.
- Revenue Maximisation: Conduct daily rate checks and manage billing processes to optimise revenue. ??
- Communication Champion: Liaise with various departments to maintain seamless service and address any issues promptly.
- Health & Safety Guardian: Uphold safety regulations and conduct daily security checks to protect our members and staff. ??
- Community Builder: Address member comments and complaints with efficiency and courtesy, ensuring their voices are heard.
Who You Are:
- Previous management experience in a hospitality or customer service environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for problem-solving and decision-making.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- A positive attitude with a hands-on approach to daily operations.
- Proficient in IT and a good command of English-both written and spoken.
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer care and creating memorable experiences! �?
