4Leisure Recruitment is seeking an NPLQ-qualified Duty Manager to join our casual team in West London.The Role: As a Duty Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring a safe, enjoyable, and well-maintained environment for all visitors. From leading lifeguard teams to managing poolside operations, your leadership will be key to the facility’s success. You will also act as a key holder, responsible for opening and closing the site during designated shifts.Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations to maintain high standards of service and safety.
  • Supervise maintenance and cleaning schedules.
  • Manage pool plant operations, ensuring compliance with safety checks.
  • Handle health & safety incidents, safeguarding, and accident reporting.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience, addressing queries and concerns.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience in wet-side operations within the leisure industry.
  • Supervisory or management experience, with a proven ability to lead a team.
  • Strong understanding of health & safety regulations in a leisure setting.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proactive approach.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or willingness to obtain.
  • First Aid at Work certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Pool Plant Operator (PPO) qualification (or willingness to obtain)
Pay Rate:
  • £15 per hour
