We are looking for a super-star EA to support a high-net-worth businessman and philanthropist, across all areas of his life to work in a part time capacity, 4 days a week.

The successful candidate will be extremely organised with high EQ and experience dealing with UHNWIs and their families. A motivated individual with a can-do attitude and a deep commitment to finding solutions. Confidence, gravitas and self-assurance are fundamental to this role. Ideally, you will come from a family office background, have experience of and enjoy managing household staff, willing to roll your sleeves up and turn your hand to anything from booking a taxi to undertaking cost analysis.

This will be an interesting and varied role that will require a high level of organisation, attention to detail and a proactive approach to work. Overseeing all areas of the principal’s life, you will be his right-hand, pre-empting his needs and ensuring that all elements always run smoothly.

DUTIES TO INCLUDE:

  • Travel organisation - flights, itineraries, accommodation, visas, transportation, and transfers
  • Household management - overseeing household staff and managing all finances and bills
  • Gatekeeping and liaison with contacts, suppliers, and contractors - maintaining relationships
  • Finance management - overseeing accounts and managing all payments
  • Making dinner and hotel reservations, booking personal appointments
  • Event organisations and sourcing venues

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

  • Minimum two years prior PA experience supporting a high net worth individual
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Distinct ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
