About the Early Years Practitioner Role

Work with children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) on an ad-hoc, flexible basis.
Ideal for an Early Years Practitioner seeking a great work-life balance - work when it suits you!
Support and engage young learners in play-based, educational activities tailored to their needs.
Collaborate with a friendly team of practitioners and contribute to maintaining the centre's positive atmosphere.

Requirements for the Early Years Practitioner

A Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare Qualification is essential.
Genuine passion for working with young children and an understanding of EYFS principles.
Strong communication skills and a caring, patient approach to each child's needs.
Experience as an Early Years Practitioner is a plus, but enthusiasm and commitment to children's growth are key.
