Your new companyYou will be working for a global financial services firm in London.This role will operate on a hybrid working model with the expectation to be in their London offices 3 days per week with the remaining 2 days as WFH.Your new roleYou will be working as a Temporary EMEA HR Coordinator for an initial 3 month period however there is potential for this role to extend further.The HR Service Centre team support activities across the entire employee life-cycle from hire to retire. This global team plays an important role in ensuring a positive employee experience through all interactions. The company operates in more than 30 countries with HR Service Centre team members based in United Kingdom, United States and Singapore catering to all business's lines within the following regions, APAC, EMEA, North America and Mexico.Some duties include:

  • Execute people transactions across the entire employee lifecycle, including recruiting/onboarding through to off-boarding
  • Be accountable and proactive, ensuring all queries and tasks are resolved accurately and within Service Level Agreement (SLA), escalating where appropriate to the Team Leader.
  • Maintaining HR database
  • Build a strong knowledge repository of processes
  • Participate in delivering and executing HR Services Strategy
