TPP are recruiting a proactive and dependable Evidence and Implementation Lead on behalf of our client, a respected mental health charity focused on supporting children and their families.

The Role:

As the Evidence and Implementation Lead, you'll manage and develop a high-profile national programme, focusing on Family Hub design and implementation. This role involves leading regional activities, overseeing evidence dissemination, and managing a team of Regional Implementation Advisors. You'll collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions and promote equity, diversity, and inclusion.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead evidence dissemination and implementation activities for the NCFH programme, delivering high-quality resources on schedule.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of Family Hubs, ensuring a focus on inclusivity and safeguarding.
  • Manage and support a team of Regional Implementation Advisors.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders, including government departments and community organisations.
  • Coordinate training sessions, materials, consultations, and events to share evidence-based insights and practices.
  • Contribute to strategic priorities and oversee programme operations, including staffing, budgets, and reporting.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Local Authority and Voluntary Sector landscapes relevant to family hubs.
  • Awareness of UK policies shaping health and social care services for families.
  • Experience disseminating research and evidence.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and accessibly.
  • Exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Teams, Word, and PowerPoint.
