We are seeking a confident and reliable individual to join a reputable educational institution in Fulham as an Exam Invigilator. This role is essential in upholding the integrity of the examination process by supervising students and ensuring a calm and orderly exam environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Supervise students during exams to ensure compliance with exam regulations.
  • Provide one-to-one support to students within the exam hall as required.
  • Assist with the setup of exam venues, including laying out stationery, equipment, and exam papers.
  • Collect and collate exam materials at the end of the exam period.
  • Maintain a calm and orderly environment to provide an optimal exam setting for all candidates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Confidence in working one-to-one with students in an exam setting.
  • A vigilant and attentive approach to monitoring exam rooms.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to follow strict procedures.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Willingness to undergo a DBS check or possess an updated DBS on the update service.
