- Helping with compiling and printing exams materials in the lead up to exams
- Overseeing the proof reading of exams questions by examiners
- Dealing with refunds
- Processing exams applications
- Answering emails
- Compiling qualification verification letters
- Maintaining and updating databases
- Confirming hotel and catering requirements with exam venues and examiners
- Experience of working with a wide range of stakeholders e.g. doctors and suppliers.
- Good organisational, prioritisation and time management skills and meets deadlines in an accurate manner
- Knowledge and experience of Microsoft applications, including word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
