What You'll Be Doing:
- Supporting the development and learning of children in Nursery and Reception.
- Creating engaging, interactive, and safe learning environments.
- Delivering exciting play-based activities to foster early childhood development.
- Building strong, trusting relationships with children and their families.
- Working alongside a dedicated team of educators to ensure each child's progress and well-being.
What We're Looking For:
- Cache Level 3 in Early Years Education or equivalent qualification is a must.
- A passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
- Strong knowledge of early childhood education practices and the EYFS framework.
- The ability to work collaboratively with staff, parents, and children.
- Enthusiasm, creativity, and a fun approach to learning.
