Job Title: German Speaking Invoicing Specialist
Location: Liverpool Street (Hybrid working)
Hourly Rate: £14 - £14.42
Contract Length: Ongoing temp
Contract Details: Temporary, Full Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding new customers and handling customer data changes.
- Setting up and managing customer subscriptions, including processing changes and fee increases.
- Issuing invoices, E-invoices, and credit notes.
- Handling invoice-related queries from customers via email.
- Reviewing draft customer contracts/orders (manay in German) for accurate subscription setup.
- Extracting relevant order information from contracts and entering it into the system for invoicing.
- Supporting the transition to Oracle NetSuite, including customer onboarding and offboarding.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in invoicing and administrative tasks, preferably in a customer service/back office role.
- Proficiency in Oracle NetSuite, with a focus on billing functions..
- Fluency in English and German is mandatory
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and very international environment.
- Excellent communication and team work skills.
- Available to start immediately, with a short ramp-up period.
- Willing to work in a hybrid model, with 3 days a week in the London Office
